If a qualifying purchase is returned, complimentary products may also need to be returned to receive the full applicable refund.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers made available during checkout.
We do not necessarily collect or store your complete payment card information.

We reserve the right to use reasonable fraud-prevention measures before processing or fulfilling an order.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery periods, and applicable charges are displayed during the purchasing process where available.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events.
Where tracking is available for your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

11. Customs, Duties & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties, or other government charges depending on the destination and the way taxes/duties are collected at checkout.
Where such charges are not expressly included in the amount paid to YORU™, they may be payable separately by the recipient.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory pricing or consumer-disclosure requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
12. Risk of Loss & Delivery
Risk of loss and legal title to goods will transfer in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. 30-Night Sleep Trial
Eligible YORU™ pillow purchases may be covered by our 30-Night Sleep Trial.
The trial period begins from the applicable delivery date and is subject to the eligibility requirements contained in our Return & Refund Policy.
The 30-Night Sleep Trial is an additional YORU™ benefit and does not replace or restrict mandatory statutory rights.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy before requesting a return.
14. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Where mandatory consumer law gives you additional or greater cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, warranty, or conformity rights, those rights remain unaffected.
15. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled after processing has begun.
Once an order has shipped, the applicable return process may need to be followed.

Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the YORU™ website and Services—including branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product imagery, designs, copy, text, icons, website elements, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to YORU™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Contains unlawful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory material.
- Contains malware or malicious code.

Where you submit content for publication, you grant YORU™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve our Services, subject to applicable law and any additional permissions required for advertising or other uses.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer law and does not reduce any mandatory consumer protections.
